When is my card charged?
Your card is charged when you confirm and book a carrier through FreightFloo's Stripe checkout. We then notify your carrier and unlock the job.
What happens if something goes wrong?
You can contact support at any time. We encourage you to communicate with your carrier inside FreightFloo so everything is documented in one place.
