For Shippers
What you pay
Creating an account and posting shipments on FreightFloo is free. You only pay when you accept a carrier's bid and confirm the booking through our secure Stripe checkout.
How pricing works
Carriers compete in a reverse auction β they place bids to win your shipment. You see the actual prices, not a broker's markup. You choose which carrier to book based on price, profile, verification and ratings (when available).
Any extra shipper fees?
FreightFloo may include a small booking or processing fee in the total you pay at checkout to cover payment processing and platform costs. This is shown clearly before you confirm payment.
For Carriers
Standard platform fee
When you win a job and the shipper pays through FreightFloo, we charge a small percentage of the winning bid as a platform fee. The standard fee is 10%. There are no monthly charges just to browse jobs or keep your account active.
Carrier Tier Program (fee discounts)
You can lower your fee to as little as 5% through the Carrier Tier Program by referring other carriers and owner-operators. The more carriers that sign up and onboard through your link, the lower your fee for that year.
- 0 referrals: 10% (Bronze)
- 1 referral: 9% (Silver)
- 2 referrals: 8% (Gold)
- 3 referrals: 7% (Platinum)
- 4 referrals: 6% (Pro)
- 5+ referrals: 5% (Elite)
Example: On a $4,000 load, a 10% fee is $400. At the Elite 5% tier, the fee is $200 β you keep an extra $200 on that job.
Premium & verification
Carrier verification (MC/DOT and insurance) is free and helps you win more jobs. Optional premium features (such as boosted visibility or additional fee discounts) can be added later and will always be described clearly before you subscribe.
For Partners
What it costs
There is no cost to join the FreightFloo Partner Program. You don't pay a monthly fee or setup cost.
How you earn
When buyers start shipments through your partner referral link and complete bookings on FreightFloo, you earn a share of the service fees on those shipments. Your dashboard shows referred shipments, pending earnings and payouts.
When you get paid
Earnings are aggregated and paid out on a regular schedule (for example monthly), once shipments are completed and cleared. You'll receive emails and in-app notifications when payout cycles run.
