Terms of Use

1. Who we are

FreightFloo is a shipping marketplace operated by Feresu Logistics LLC, based in Englewood, Ohio ("we", "us", "our"). We provide an online platform that connects shippers, carriers and partners. We are not a motor carrier and we do not physically transport goods.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing or using the FreightFloo website or services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Shippers

Shippers are responsible for providing accurate information about the items to be transported, including size, weight, condition and pickup / delivery details. Any changes or additional requirements that may affect pricing must be communicated through the platform.

5. Carriers

Carriers are responsible for maintaining valid operating authority, insurance and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. By bidding on shipments, carriers represent that they have the legal right and practical ability to perform the transport.

6. Partners

Partners may refer customers to FreightFloo and earn a share of service fees on completed shipments, subject to our partner program rules. We may change the partner program at any time, with reasonable notice.

7. Payments and fees

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). Platform fees and any other charges are shown before checkout. Carriers agree that platform fees will be deducted from amounts payable to them in connection with completed shipments.

8. No guarantees

We do not guarantee that a particular shipment will receive bids or that a particular carrier will be awarded or complete a job. We do not control the actions of users and are not responsible for delays, damage or loss arising from transport services, except where required by law.

9. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to post false or misleading information, to harass or abuse other users, or to attempt to circumvent fees, security features or our marketplace rules.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feresu Logistics LLC and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
