Shippers

Post, compare bids, book and track.

  1. Create your free account.
  2. Complete your profile (name, contact, address).
  3. Post your first shipment with details and photos.
  4. Review bids as they come in.
  5. Book your chosen carrier and pay securely.
  6. Use in-app messages to coordinate pickup and delivery.

Carriers

Bid, win jobs, lower your fees.

  1. Sign up and choose "Carrier" as your role.
  2. Complete your carrier profile with MC/DOT and insurance.
  3. Enable your public profile if you want to be discoverable.
  4. Browse shipments by lane and category.
  5. Submit competitive bids and watch for notifications.
  6. Share your referral link to start lowering your platform fee.

Partners

Earn from your customers' shipments.

  1. Sign up and choose "Partner" as your role.
  2. Fill in your business information (name, website, contact).
  3. Grab your referral link from the partner dashboard.
  4. Add the link to invoices, emails and your website.
  5. Encourage customers to "Get a shipping quote" via FreightFloo.
  6. Monitor referred shipments and earnings; set up payout details.

Shipper checklist (step-by-step)

  1. Create an account: click "Sign up", confirm your email, set a password.
  2. Finish your profile: add your name and phone so carriers can recognize you.
  3. Post your first shipment: include pickup/drop-off, dates, photos and notes.
  4. Wait for bids: you'll get notifications and emails when carriers bid.
  5. Compare options: review price, verification, and ratings before booking.
  6. Book & pay: confirm your choice, complete Stripe checkout, get a receipt.
  7. Track delivery: watch status updates and confirm when the job is done.

  1. Create carrier account: sign up and select "Carrier" during onboarding.
  2. Complete verification: add MC/DOT, insurance and company details.
  3. Set lanes & bio: describe where you run and what you specialize in.
  4. Browse shipments: filter by lane, category or pickup window.
  5. Bid smart: price jobs to win while keeping your margins healthy.
  6. Watch notifications: respond quickly if you're outbid or awarded.
  7. Share your referral link: invite other carriers and watch your fee drop.
  8. Build reputation: complete jobs on time, communicate clearly, earn reviews.
